*A full day headshot lounge is between 5 and 10 hours. A half day is any time up to 5 hours. Both prices are all inclusive. Multiple day discounts are available. Additional hours above 10 per day are billed at a rate of $250/hr.

Existing Sponsors
Consider an existing sponsor. Your sponsors are interested in a captive audience. So, the headshot lounge lines are the perfect place to find a captive audience. In addition, sponsoring photos that the attendees love means positive brand associations. Therefore, your headshot lounge should be an easy sell to any big conference or convention sponsor.
New Sponsors

Headshot Lounge By The Numbers
At WDO Photography I keep track of the number of people who get headshots. In addition, I check with my clients about their total numbers of attendees. Therefore, I know that I average over 75% at academic conferences or conventions with a primary under 35 crowd. Of course, that number drops to just over 60% for all headshot lounges I've hosted.
So, if your event has 1,000 attendees at least 600 of them will spend time waiting in line for their headshot. Thus, the headshot lounge sponsor can touch base with each one of these people. Many attendees need last minute touch-ups just before their photos. For example, taking off their badges can mess up their hair. As a result, WDO Photography can provide a full-sized mirror and lights to assist attendees in looking incredible before their photos. In addition to helping them look and feel great, it also speeds up the process insuring a shorter line and more attendee access.
Multiple Cameras
Depending on the number of hours the headshot lounge is active for and the size of your crowd, it might make sense to book multiple cameras. First, understand that each headshot station can process about 45 people per hour. Second, know that I only work with similarly talented and personable photographers. In addition, beyond the editing and administration costs my photographers are paid the same per hour rate as I pay myself. Of course, that doesn't mean your costs are doubled. Again, I do deduct admin and other costs. However, my second, third, and forth photographers create equally amazing headshots lounge experiences.
