July Nature Photography Meetup
Don’t miss this month’s nature photography meetup in Frick Park near the Frick Environmental Center with professional photographer Don Orkoskey of WDO Photography. This free, family friendly event, includes opportunities to see and photograph all types of wildlife from birds to butterflies and macro photography opportunities including flowers, insects, mushrooms and more.
Everyone is welcome! Meet Don near the fountain by the Frick Environmental Center and find out about the incredible nature photography opportunities we have right here in Pittsburgh. All are welcome including families with kids, retirees, phone photographers, absolute beginner photographers, birders, fellow professional photographers, and everyone else.
The meetup will last approx. 2 hours but we won’t venture too far from the starting point so you can easily leave at any time. Showing up on time is encouraged so that we can start on time and you’re able to find us.
Depending on what everyone wants to photograph we may venture onto trails which could be steep or narrow. Those with mobility issues are welcome just please let Don know so he can avoid any areas that could be challenging for you.
Sign up for Don’s mailing list to hear about future events and classes. Contact Don with any questions about this event or your photography needs.
