The Atlanta Headshot Photo Lounge by WDO Photography gives your event attendees the gift of new professional headshots and a great reminder of your event. Read on to learn more about this powerful marketing tool.
Atlanta Headshot Photo Lounge
First, it's important to understand what a headshot photo lounge is. A headshot photo lounge is space that your event reserves for our team here in Atlanta. We set up a full service headshot studio in this space and provide your attendees with incredible headshot photos.
Headshot photo lounges are just a gift for your attendees. In fact, they're an incredible event marketing tool. Pairing our Atlanta headshot photo lounge with a sponsor gives you an extra upsell. They then use the headshot lounge to collect data from and interact with a captive audience.
The Best Headshots in Atlanta
At WDO Photography we're relentless in our pursuit to provide you the best headshots in Atlanta. We do so via our mobile headshot studio both for headshot lounges at events but also through Atlanta for businesses and individuals.
In fact, we can set up our mobile headshot studio in a conference room at your office or even in your living room. Learn more about all of our professional headshots in Atlanta.
Headshot Lounge Logistics
How does a headshot photo lounge work? It's very simple. Here is a list of what we need.
First, we need an 10x10 foot space with at least 8 feet tall ceilings which is rarely a problem at any event venue here in Atlanta. Next, we need access to one 110 volt outlet (a standard outlet) to power our equipment per photographer.
Generally, most professional events only require a single photographer. However, if you want to move attendees through the headshot lounge faster or have a very large event here in Atlanta we can provide additional photographers.
Headshot Lounge Setup
For every Atlanta headshot photo lounge setup we bring all the lights, backdrop, and other equipment we need to create studio worthy professional headshots. Too, we show up before the scheduled start time. As a result, we're ready to go when your attendees arrive.
Attendee Headshot Process
Our Atlanta headshot photo lounges are open fully during the hours you've scheduled for. As a result, attendees are photographed continuously.
We don't take a break unless you've built it into the schedule. For example, if you have an all hands portion of the event planned for mid-day we can and will shut down. Otherwise, we are open the entire agreed upon time.
Scheduling Vs. Drop-in
At WDO Photography we understand that events are well planned. Too, we know you've got an app with all the sessions. As a result, we can offer either a first-come-first-serve style drop-in where attendees wait in a line for their headshot. Alternatively, we can allow attendees to schedule a specific time.
Individualized Attention
Each attendee gets individual attention. In fact, attendees often tell us how they've been unsatisfied with headshots from other events. However, they see their photo and approve of it before they leave. We do offer them multiple headshots. As a result, your event attendees receive a headshot they will actually use.
All that said, our photographers work quickly. Most event attendees are satisfied with their first or second photo. Plus, the average time spent with each attendee is less than 15 seconds. As a result we can photograph between 3 and 4 people per minute per photographer.
Working With Sponsors
If we're working with a sponsor. We help ensure they're capturing the attendees information. Plus, they get time with each attendee while they're waiting to have their photo taken.
In addition, we can provide cards, QR codes, or work with you after to distribute the photos to attendees.
Branded Headshots
How It Works
Branded headshots feature a small logo at your choice of corners. The branding is far enough away from the attendee's face that they're able to crop the photo in order to use it professionally.
Notice how we frame the sample headshot. That extra space allows your attendees to crop their photo to whatever dimensions they need. In addition, if they reach out to us we're always happy to provide them with a copy without the logo.
Please note that the dark areas and white frame are used for illustrative purposes only. The final photos will not contain those. Rather, they'll just have your logo in the corner you choose.
