The nature photography meetup lasts approx. 2 hours. We rarely venture more than a 10 minutes walk from the parking area. As a result, participants can easily leave at any time. These events are always family friendly. Too, they’re open to everyone. Those with mobility issues, strollers, etc. are always welcome. Additionally, this and all events I host are inclusive and welcoming regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, and gender.

I’m your event host, professional photographer Don Orkoskey. I host monthly photography meetups in Pittsburgh. These events a great way to meet others interested in nature photography and nature in general. They started as a way to safely socialize during the pandemic. However, today they’re a fun and sometimes exciting way to see the beauty of our local parks in Pittsburgh.
