Attention Pittsburgh Photographers! Are you a photographer in Pittsburgh? Are you interested in meeting up with and networking with other Pittsburgh photographers? Then join us at the first Pittsburgh Photographer’s Coffee Meetup! Are you a photographer in Pittsburgh? Are you interested in meeting up with other Pittsburgh photographers for coffee and to discuss how to collaborate, talk about the local photo industry, or even just to grab a drink and hang out? As a photographer in Pittsburgh for more than 25 years I’ve gotten to know a ton of other great Pittsburgh photographers. As such, I strongly believe that we’re better together. In fact, trying to go it alone in this town can break you. Join Pittsburgh photographer Don Orkoskey of WDO Photography for the July edition of his monthly nature photography meetup in Frick Park. Create incredible photos of nature with me, Pittsburgh photographer and photography teacher Don Orkoskey of WDO Photography. Join me for my monthly nature photo meetup in Pittsburgh’s incredible Frick Park. This urban park is home to an abundance of animals, plants, fungi, and more. It’s impossible to not create a bunch of amazing nature photos at these meetups! ABOUT THE NATURE PHOTO MEETUP This and all of my events are open to everyone regardless of skill level, age, or type of equipment. In addition, those with mobility issues are always welcome as there are lots of opportunities here to see nature from level, paved areas. In fact, the Parks Conservatory are in the process of constructing a new, fully accessible area which will make the park even more welcoming. Speaking of welcoming, everyone is welcome at these and all of my meetups, workshops, classes and tours. The only thing not welcome is hate. Create breathtaking landscapes, intricate macro photos, and chase the wildlife to make some truly awesome bird and mammal photos. This event is open to everyone, it’s a fun, relaxing few hours where you can enjoy nature, meet some cool folks, ask a few photography or nature questions, and have a small break in the middle of the holiday madness. Nature Photography Meetup in Frick Park
Explore and photograph the incredibly rich nature at the Frick Park nature photography meetup with professional photographer Don Orkoskey. The nature photography meetup lasts approx. 2 hours. We rarely venture more than a 10 minutes walk from the parking area. As a result, participants can easily leave at any time. These events are always family friendly. Too, they’re open to everyone. Those with mobility issues, strollers, etc. are always welcome. Additionally, this and all events I host are inclusive and welcoming regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, and gender. Pittsburgh Nature Photography Walk – Feb 2023 Join me, Pittsburgh photographer Don Orkoskey in Frick Park on Feb. 26th for my Pittsburgh Nature Photography Walk – Feb 2023. Join Pittsburgh photographer Don Orkoskey on Feb. 26th for his free monthly nature photography walk. This month we’ll be held in Frick Park near the Frick Environmental Center. February is an amazing time of year for nature photography. Pittsburgh may still be cold on the 26th of February (but who really knows). As it could be snowy we have the potential to see all sorts of wildlife in the snow. Even if we don’t have snow on the ground this will be a great time for all levels of nature photographers near Pittsburgh. Come photograph birds, small mammals or macro photographs of the first flowers of Spring. Everyone is welcome, from absolute beginners to serious pros.
