Here are 4 incredible reasons photography is the perfect Valentines Day gift for every couple! It's no secret that finding the perfect gift for Valentines Day can be a challenge for some folks. If you're one of them then have no fear because photography is the perfect gift for the love of your life. Here are the top 5 reasons why that is.
- Photography is unexpected and unique
- It's a bonding experience
- You're going to have a ton of fun
- Your friends will all be jealous they didn't think of it
Photography is an unexpected and unique gift
Your partner will not be expecting such a thoughtful gift as having your photos taken together. It doesn't matter how long you've been together, it's always a wonderful idea to get a set of portraits to show off your love. Valentines Day is for grand gestures in the name of love. That's why you need to make this one extra special and take home something that you'll have always unlike cut flowers or a box of chocolates (get those too by the way).
Couple's Photos Are A Bonding Experience
When I photograph couple's portraits I make it all about this bond. Don't get me wrong, I make sure we're going to have a lot of fun. Photographers want you to be relaxed and feeling good. This is why we make small talk and ask a lot of questions. We want you to think about all the great things you love about each other and to say those things. This will really help you connect and help me to capture that connection in photos.
You're Going To Have a Blast
When I work with couples we have a lot of fun. I always suggest a few things to loosen everyone up like taking turns photographing each other. This is also when we can be playful while learning a bit about posing and talk a ton about how much you both love each other.
Your Friends Are Going To Love/Hate You
Your friends are going to be really jealous that you came up with such a great idea. Don't worry, if you recommend them I won't tell them it's a thing, just tell them you saw it on Pinterest. Or tell them you're a genius, either way I won't say a thing.
