Of course, having your photo taken is very stressful. In addition, to have it done at a conference or convention can add to that stress. This is exactly why we do what we do.

Headshots shouldn't be stressful. In over 20 years as a photographer I've learned how to make each client more relaxing before their headshot. In addition, my team is trained to do the same thing. 1. First, we recognize your attendees needs and potential fears.
2. Then, we take our time. As such, I explain everything I'm doing and why. In addition, I teach them each how to pose, how to react to the camera, and how to find the perfect light that compliments them. As a result they have tools to use for all their future photos no matter who takes them!
3. Finally, I make sure that each of them absolutely loves their headshots. If they don't then we continue going until they're happy and see just how amazing they look. That said, it rarely takes more than a second or third photo to make that happen.

There is nothing worse than unreliable service. After all, everyone's so busy. Plus you made a promise to your attendees. As such, they deserve a headshot photographer you both can count on. Ultimately, this is why my customers ask me back year after year and ask my to fly across the country. As a result, I guarantee reliable service to you in the following ways:

1. First, I arrive ahead of time with enough time to completely set up and be ready at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start.
2. Second, during the headshot sessions attendees are given my full attention. To do so, my phone is silenced and I only take breaks at pre-agreed upon times.
3. Third, all photos will be done when you need them. In fact, this includes same day delivery if needed. Of course, we can also provide onsite printing.
