Maybe you made a resolution to explore photography as a new hobby. No matter what has you searching for a photography class in 2024 I’m here to help you feel more confident, less frustrated, and to get the most enjoyment out of your photography as you can.

The Ultimate Beginner Photography Class is carefully designed to teach you everything you need to know when it comes to using your camera, lenses, and photographic vision.

It’s upsetting when you can’t reproduce what you see in front of you. If you’re tired of this happening to you, join the ultimate beginner photography class.

Class Details

Title: The Ultimate Beginner Photography Class
When: Friday Jan 5th – Friday Jan. 26th from 6pm to 8pm
Where: WDO Photography Studios in Swissvale (and online via Zoom)
Format: Hybrid-Synchronous (participants are welcome in person and virtually during class time).
Cost: $200/person

Class Description

This class is hosted each week, on Friday night for 4 weeks. Each week we’ll break down the barriers to using your camera to create the types of photographs you want to make. We’ll discuss why your camera doesn’t always produce what we see and how to make that happen. Additionally, we’ll tackle the technical aspects of photography (exposure, focus, lens choices). Too, we’ll look at ways to incorporate emotion and creativity in our photos.

Is This Class For Me?

The Ultimate Beginner Photography Class is for new photographers or photographers who are frustrated with their cameras or their abilities to create the types of photos they want to create. Students ages 15 and above are welcome (12 and above are welcome online or with a parent).

Onsite Accessibility

There are two small steps to enter the studio. A bathroom is located on the main floor next to the class area. If you have accessibility concerns please contact me so we can find a solution that will allow you to participate.
