The conference photography process starts with understanding your needs. First, we have a conversation. You tell me about your event, your goals, and the emotional impact you're looking for people to take away from your event.
I'll ask you a series of questions that will help my team and I to capture exactly what you need. These will include questions about your brand and the look and feel of the conference.
If needed, we'll then work with you on a shot list of must-have photos. Additionally, as the event approaches we'll ask for a schedule, (again, if needed), and a list of VIPs that you need to have photos of.
Ultimately, the more prepared we are before your event, the more successful we'll be when it comes to photographing your event.
