Join me, pro photographer Don Orkoskey for my fun and interactive Winter Bird Photography Class at the Pine Community Center in Pine Township. Learn how to find and photograph birds right here in the Pittsburgh area.
I’ll teach you how to find bird in your own backyard or in fabulous places like Pine Community Park. In addition to the lesson about finding and photographing birds we’ll venture outside to explore Pine Community Park and to test out our new skills under my helpful guidance.
Winter is an ideal time for bird photography. In fact, the lack of foliage makes it much easier to find them. However, all those branches also make photographing birds during the winter that much more challenging. Join this class and learn the secrets to getting great winter bird photos.
My winter bird photography class is a favorite of many birders in Pittsburgh. In fact, I’ve taught the class several times over the last 4 years. So, if you want to learn everything you need to know about winter bird photography then sign up below!
My name is Don Orkoskey. I’m your instructor for this class. As long as I can remember, I’ve been a nature and wildlife photographer. In fact, even as a kid I loved to photograph nature. Additionally, I’m fascinated by birds and other wildlife. As such, I spend a great deal of time photographing wildlife and nature more generally. If I’m not working on something else chances are great that I’m in the woods taking photos.
