Join me pro photographer Don Orkoskey for my Pittsburgh Free Portrait Contest! I'm giving away 1 Free portrait session this month to a local person or group of people who come up with the best (clean) idea for a fun and funky portrait session. Want to dress up like Xmas dinner? Want to take me parachuting while dressed up like pigeons, want to go super glam 80's style with giant hair while dressed like pigeons eating Xmas dinner during a skydive? Come up with the best original idea, share it with me here or via Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook and the crowd favorite will win a free session where we'll make their portrait idea into a reality.
This is a contest so there are some rules which are as follows:
- The Pittsburgh Free Portrait Contest is open to anyone 18 and over (kids, get your parents to sign you up), living in or able to have the shoot take place within 1 hour of the city of Pittsburgh.
- Submission need to be made before Dec. 18th at midnight.
- All ideas will be posted for voting on Dec. 19th. Voting will close on Dec. 30th and a winner will be posted LIVE on Instagram Dec. 31th at noon.
- The shoot will take place between Jan 1st and Feb 28th with the results posted within a week.
If the first edition of the Pittsburgh Free Portrait Contest goes well I'll probably run it again in Feb. and possibly host it monthly all throughout 2022 with the winners competing for Pittsburgh's Top Portrait at the end of 2022.
Good luck to everyone who enters! I can't wait to see your ideas and to photograph the winner!
If you have any questions hit me up on my contact page.
