Product Returns

Digital photography products from WDO Photography Pittsburgh are not eligible for product return. These include asynchronous photography courses, photography books, and other digital products. Digital products are not eligible for return as they are easily copied once downloaded.

That said, if you are dissatisfied with a digital product from WDO Photography please contact us. While we can't offer you a refund we will do our best to make sure you get the most out of the product that you've purchased. For example, if you've found one of our books confusing, we can offer some clarity. Additionally, if you've purchased a course then you're eligible for a limited amount of assistance with understanding the course materials.

Eligible Purchases

Prints and other items may be eligible for refunds. Contact us to find out if your purchase qualifies to be returned. Prints that are damaged in shipment are not eligible to be returned. However, they are eligible for replacement. Additionally, prints or other photo products which are not color correct may be eligible for replacement. Returns are rarely eligible for refunding but there are always exceptions. Therefore, we urge you to contact us to find out if your purchase is eligible for refund.
