Prepayment Form
WDO Photography accepts cash, checks, and credit cards (via paypal and square). For weddings and other larger events please pay off the balance at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Corporate events and are other smaller events and portraits may pay the day of the event or ask for an invoice. As a general rule commercial clients are usually invoiced while individuals are typically asked to pay prior to or the day of but both are acceptable form of payment by either type of client.
If you wish to pay by credit card we ask that you do so via this page. WDO Photography is committed to keeping costs as low as possible therefore checks and cash are preferable but credit cards can be accepted via the forms to the right. The transaction is handled via PayPal and are safe and secure. If paying in person by credit card this can be done using Square which is just as safe and secure as PayPal.
To prepay via Credit Card
Please do not prepay for any service before you’ve booked your date and time with WDO Photography. Refunding you in the event that your date cannot be accommodated may take several weeks and can be a hassle. After you’ve booked with WDO Photography please use the forms below to pay the amount that you’ve agreed upon.
